Its central location allows for easy access to the main attractions and is ideal for young people exploring the city. There could be clearer signage or indicators to navigate the fourth floor, as well as a lack of parking space available.

Completely helpful and trustworthy place with a mind-blowing location. Private room is SUPER value with clean linnen and a decent hangout place. The newly renovated floor offers jaw-dropping showers, separated toilets, and a cosy common living room/kitchen. Staff is very helpful, and it's close to historic sites and nightlife.

I stayed at Guest House "Golden Gate" for a total of two nights, once before and once after the new year. I was in transit and they kindly allowed me to leave my winter clothes and pick them up on my second stay. The private room was a great value, with clean linen and a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the metro station and within walking distance of all the city sights. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

The lounge area in the hostel was a game-changer! It felt like having my own kitchen and living room, but with the added benefit of not having to clean up after myself. I had so much fun preparing meals and relaxing there, it was like being in my dream apartment with a personal chef.

Toilet paper disposal was a little strange. Instead of flushing it down the toilet, you had to throw it in the trash can next to you.

For the price we paid, the value we got was exceptional. The room was cozy with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The location of the guest house couldn't have been better, just a few hundred meters from all the top tourist destinations. The staff was also lovely and very helpful throughout our stay.
